Today is a sad, sad day. My Michigan BFF moved to freakin Boise, ID. I couldn't ask for a better friend. Natalie is one of the loyalist, honest, trustworthy (is that the boys scout motto) friends ever. She has been my rock and confidant. She makes me want to be a better person and I am when I am around her. There is never a conversation between us that we do not laugh. I can truly be myself when I am with her and she loves me anyway. She truly wants my happiness and I hers. She loves my family and I love hers. Her sisters (and brother) are mine and my sister is hers. I could go on and on about this amazing person.

I have lots of good stories about Nat, but one of my favorites is when I ran the Chicago Marathon. Natalie came all the way to Chicago, by herself, to watch me run. She made me and Jill (my friends she had never met) amazing quilts/signs. She went everywhere with us making sure we were alright before the marathon. The day of the marathon she weathered the freezing cold weather for 4 hours by herself cheering us on every step of the way. It meant the world to me.
Natalie I love you! I will miss your freakin guts!

This is such a beautiful blog! I am sooooooooo sad for you! It is so hard to have your best friend move so far away. You are such an awesome person though and I know you'll pick up right away with tons of new friends! Call me!

Hmmm, I feel your pain, Britt. It reminds me of a time I had a friend move away... to Michigan. Sucks, doesn't it?
Natalie, good luck in Idaho. I'm sure the 7 people that live there will love you!! You can help them with their potatoes. ;)

Brit honey, I understand that you miss her, but it's time to move on and update your blog. It will help with the healing.
