The other day my totally-cute-party-coordinator friend, Adrienne put together a "Cafe Rio Party". We just finished our "veranda" (okay its just a deck but go with me people) and have been really loving having people over. One of my current obsessions has been Margaritas...virgin of course, just like me! So we served up some Cafe Rio and threw down some Margarita's. We finished off the fiesta with a pinata for the kids!

Did I hear the word virgin? Ummm... We had a great time - I might even have a little Utahness in me somewhere (yummy!)

Okay, first of all . . . next time you take a picture of me, tell me to sit up STRAIGHT first. I have horrible posture. Second, are you sure those margaritas were virgin; Adam looks a little (or a lot) loopy if you ask me.

I love Cafe Rio, and you definately can't go wrong with a good margarita. If you are feeling a little bit wild, they are pretty good made with Mountain Dew, it's still virgin with a little caffiene.

I love stolen recipes! Did you have pork or chicken?? I love to go to bajo and get the tins and the chips to put on top. It's great for parties...I prefer cafe rio, but bajo is cheaper for party supplies!
