Update

I know you all have been worried sick about my poor feet. Today I did a 7 mile run, resulting in blisters on top of blisters. They look worse than they feel, but don't let it stop you from sending flowers and chocolate!

Girl it is time to take a break! No running until those are healed. Ouch!

From the last 2 photos, I couldn't help but notice that maybe your shoes are too high in the back? Let me give you some advice, take it or leave it if you will...

-Try hi-tech socks not cotton! Believe me, it works wonders!
-Maybe your shoes are a little loose, thus the excessive rubbing, maybe a new pair better fitted? Try Tortoise and Hare, they are great!
-If not, try some vasoline or the clear ucerin (sp?). That works wonders!

Hope this helps! Hope your marathon training is going well! You can do it!
